Diamond D - The Huge Hefner Chronicles
aight, mr.d diamond d.
quite an ambivalent piece of hip hop. it’s no doubt great and a lot of people might enjoy this. but i have heard a lot of very different hip hop artists, albums, eps, mixtapes etc., tons of, and this lp is just not at all innovative, creative or fresh in the real sense of the word.
it’s good, solid hip hop, but nothing you would remember after some days not listening to it. you’d never think ‘you know what? i need to listen to that new diamond d lp right now.’
the huge hefner chronicles are meaningless to me. i could burn them, i wouldn’t care. i just don’t give a damn about diamond d’s newest lp.
